The main reason for the failure of pulley stainless steel bearings is defects and overloads. When the applied load exceeds the strength limit of the material and causes the part to break, it is called overload fracture. The main cause of the overload is a sudden failure of the host or improper installation.
Defects such as micro-cracks, shrink holes, bubbles, large pieces of foreign debris, overheated tissue and local burns of bearing parts will also cause fractures at the defects when the impact is overloaded or violently vibrating, which is called defect fracture. It should be pointed out that in the manufacturing process of bearings, the re-inspection of raw materials, forging and heat treatment quality control, and processing process control can be correctly analyzed through instruments, and the control must still be strengthened in the future. However, in general, most of the usual stainless steel bearing fracture failures are overload failures.
The cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rust-proof and the conditions at the time, and the appropriate method must be selected. Commonly used are solvent cleaning method, chemical treatment cleaning method and mechanical cleaning method.
After the pulley is cleaned, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer at 120~170 °C, or dried with clean gauze.
