Pulley coating anti-rust oil method
1) Pulley soaking method: Some small items use the method of soaking in anti-rust grease and letting its surface adhere to a layer of anti-rust grease. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease.
2) Brushing method: used for outdoor construction equipment or special shape products that are not suitable for soaking or spraying, and should pay attention to not piling up when brushing, but also pay attention to prevent leakage.
3) Spray method: Some large anti-rust can not be oiled by soaking method, generally with about 0.7Mpa pressure of filtered compressed air in a clean air place for spraying. The spray method is suitable for solvent dilution type anti-rust oil or thin layer anti-rust oil, but it must adopt perfect fire and labor protection measures.
As we all know, bearings are precision mechanical parts, requiring high precision and high surface finish, and rust will make the bearing lose its original precision and finish, directly affecting the performance of the bearing, reducing service life, and even scrapping. In the process of bearing production and processing, if the anti-rust management measures are improper, a large number of semi-finished and finished parts will be rusted, which will seriously affect the balance and connection and the timely completion of the task. Therefore, bearing rust prevention management is very important.
In the grinding process, the instantaneous high temperature will make the surface of the workpiece reach a molten state, and the surface of the steel will chemically react with the oxygen in the air, which will form an extremely thin (20--30 nm) iron oxide film. If it is not completely removed in the subsequent processing, even if the bearing is coated with anti-rust oil, the internal corrosion will appear on the surface of the bearing after a period of time.
Pulley bearings in the refined or over-research, not to achieve the specified accuracy, on the surface of a certain depth of pits, once the corrosion particles or moisture in the air into these pits, corrosion will gradually appear.
