Shower room pulley maintained in good condition
In order to ensure that the bearing lubrication is always maintained in good condition, Shower room the lubricating oil should also be changed regularly when oil lubrication is used.
The replacement period of lubricating oil depends on the working conditions, environmental conditions, oil quantity, oil pollution and the type of lubricating oil of the bearing. However, it is not easy to control the time for timely replacement of lubricating oil, and premature and frequent replacement of lubricating oil will cause waste.
When circulating lubrication, oil bath lubrication, splash lubrication or oil injection lubrication are adopted, the small lubrication system with oil storage of less than 250L in the oil tank can be used. Refer to table 6 for the replacement cycle of lubricating oil. For lubrication systems larger than 250 liters, the change of physical and chemical properties or mechanical impurity content of lubricating oil can be regularly detected to determine the replacement cycle. During oil-gas lubrication, the lubricating oil is disposable, and there is no replacement problem.
