Diameter adjustment of pulley inner ring
If the inner rings with different diameters are often disassembled, it is pulley recommended to use a debuggable induction heater. These heaters can quickly heat the inner race without heating the shaft. When disassembling the inner ring of large cylindrical roller bearing, some special fixed induction heaters can be used.
Remove the bearing installed on the conical shaft diameter
Small bearings can be removed by pulling the inner ring with a mechanical or hydraulic power assisted puller. Some pullers are equipped with spring operating arms. Using this puller with self centering design can simplify the program and avoid damaging the journal. If the pulley claw cannot be used on the inner ring, the bearing shall be removed through the outer ring or by using the puller combined with the puller.
