Installation and use of silent anti rust bearing
Common greases include calcium base grease, lithium base grease, aluminum base Silent anti rust bearing in shower roomgrease and molybdenum disulfide grease.
All kinds of sealed bearings listed in this sample have been installed with grease when they leave the factory, and customers can directly install them for use. In general, the bearing is equipped with 2# lithium grease.
If customers have special requirements for lubricating grease, they can consult the LYC technical department.
Filling amount of grease
The filling amount of grease varies with the bearing structure, space, running speed and the type of grease. The grease filling amount of the bearing consists of two parts, one part is filled into the bearing, and the other part needs to be filled into the bearing seat.
The filling amount of lubricating grease can be determined according to the ratio (speed ratio) between the allowable limit speed and the actual working speed of the bearing when the bearing is lubricated with Silent anti rust bearing in shower grease.
