Composition of rolling bearing
Four major parts of rolling bearing:
◆ the inner ring usually fits tightly with the shaft and rotates with the shaft.
◆ the outer ring is usually matched with the bearing seat hole or the shell of mechanical parts to play a supporting role.
◆ the rolling elements are evenly arranged between the inner and outer rings with the help of the cage, and its line shape, size and quantity directly determine the bearing capacity of the bearing.
◆ the cage evenly separates the rolling element and guides the rolling element to move on the correct track.
Classification of overall dimensions of rolling bearings:
① Miniature bearing - a bearing with a nominal outer diameter dimension range d < 26mm.
② Small bearing - bearing with nominal outer diameter ranging from 26 ≤ D < 60mm.
③ Small and medium-sized bearings - Bearings with nominal outer diameter ranging from 60 ≤ D < 120mm.
④ Medium and large bearings - Bearings with nominal outer diameter ranging from 120 ≤ D < 200mm.
⑤ Large bearing - bearing with nominal outer diameter ranging from 200 ≤ D < 400mm.
⑥ Extra large bearing - bearing with nominal outer diameter range of 400 ≤ D < 2000mm.
⑦ Major bearing - bearing with nominal outer diameter D ≥ 2000mm.
