Precautions for use of bearing
Bearings are precision components and should be used with caution. Even high-quality bearing will not get the expected effect if they are not used properly. Precautions for the use of bearings are as follows:
1) Keep the bearing and surrounding environment clean
Even small dust invisible to the naked eye will bring adverse effects to the bearing. Therefore, keep the surroundings clean so that dust will not invade the bearing.
2) Careful use
Strong impact on the bearing during use will produce scars or indentation and induce accidents. If it is serious, it will lead to cracks and fractures, which must be paid attention to.
3) Use special tools for bearings
Special tools are required and cannot be replaced at will.
4) Avoid bearing rust
When taking and placing the bearing, sweat will cause rust. Try to wear gloves and pay attention to corrosive gases.
Bearing internal structure
The inside of the bearing is generally composed of inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and cage - usually called four parts. For sealed bearing, plus lubricant and sealing ring (or dust cover) - it is also called six parts
Working condition of bearing
When working (rotating at a certain speed), the bearing has the ability to bear radial load or axial load.
