1-2 size series code
Size series code: it is composed of the width (height) series code and diameter series code of the bearing, which are expressed in numbers.
1-3 inner diameter code
Inner diameter Code: indicates the nominal inner diameter of the bearing, which is expressed in numbers.
Basic code preparation rules
In the basic code, when the bearing type code is represented by letters, there shall be a space of half a Chinese character between the series code, inner diameter code or installation fit feature size indicating the bearing size. Example: n 2324, UC 201
6: Type code, indicating that the bearing type is deep groove ball bearing
2: Dimension series code, indicating width series code "0" (0 can be omitted) and diameter series code "2"
04: inner diameter code, indicating nominal inner diameter d = 20mm
Pre and post codes
Bearing The front and rear codes are supplementary codes added around the basic code when the structure, dimension, tolerance and technical requirements of the bearing are changed.
