Stiffness and strength of bearing
Hollow shaft: it is used to reduce the bearing weight of the axle under the requirements of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the shaft. It can also be used to transport lubricating oil and coolant, or install other parts and pass through the bar to be processed (such as lathe spindle hole, etc.)
Flexible shaft: also known as flexible shaft, it is composed of multi-layer steel wire layers close together (such as snake skin tube, etc.), which can flexibly transmit the rotating motion and torque to any required position.
Assembly process of spindle and bearing
(1) Check the fit between the rolling bearing and the internal control of the sleeve (or box hole)
(2) Clean, trim, burr and chamfer all parts
(3) Measure the radial runout value of the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearing and mark the maximum point
(4) Grinding adjustment washer (spacer) thickness (high-speed grease shall be added during installation, which is 30% of the volume of bearing raceway cavity)
(5) After installation, check the radial bearing runout of the main shaft to meet the requirements of the drawing
