Bearing lubrication
Lubricants are divided into lubricating oil and grease:
(1) Lubricating oil - the greater the viscosity, Bearing the greater the internal friction resistance. N10, N46 and n65 are commonly used.
(2) Grease - also known as butter and butter
Note: in mechanical system, low viscosity lubricating oil is used in high-speed light load environment and high viscosity lubricating oil is used in low-speed heavy load environment.
Application of bearings in hanger motor gearbox:
Bearing load:
① Ball bearing shall be preferred for small or medium load (because the main components of ball bearing are in point contact)
② Roller bearings shall be selected for those with large load (capable of bearing large load and impact load, with small deformation after bearing)
(2) Select the bearing type according to the direction of load
① Bearing axial load only: angular contact bearing (one-way thrust ball bearing) is selected
② Bearing only radial load: single row radial ball bearing (deep groove ball bearing) or tapered roller bearing shall be selected
③ Bearing radial and axial alternating load: tapered roller Bearing, angular contact bearing and deep groove ball bearing are selected
