Lubrication classification of bearings
Lubricants are divided into lubricating oil bearing and grease:
(1) Lubricating oil - the greater the viscosity, the greater the internal friction resistance. N10, N46 and n65 are commonly used.
(2) Grease - also known as butter and butter
Note: in mechanical system, low viscosity lubricating oil is used in high-speed light load environment and high viscosity lubricating oil is used in low-speed heavy load environment.
What is bearing clearance?
Simply put, bearing clearance is the clearance (or interference) inside a single bearing or a system composed of several bearings. Clearance can be divided into axial clearance and radial clearance, depending on the type of bearing and measurement method.
Why adjust the bearing clearance?
For example, too much or too little water during cooking will affect the taste of rice. Similarly, if the bearing clearance is too large or too small, the working life of the bearing and even the stability of the whole equipment will be reduced.
Types of bearings suitable for different adjustment methods
The method of clearance adjustment is determined by the type of bearing. Generally, it can be divided into non adjustable clearance bearing and adjustable clearance bearing.
Non adjustable clearance bearing means that the clearance of thebearing is determined after the bearing leaves the factory. The well-known deep groove ball bearing, self-aligning bearing and cylindrical bearing all belong to this category.
