The bearing is used as the top part of the structure
Taking the structure of fixing the connecting rod with cam followers installed at both ends to two T-shaped bearing seats as an example, this paper introduces the axial fixing method of the bearing.
The following three parts with marks are used as parts for bearing fixing.
Install a metal washer on the mounting side of the cantilever pin fixing nut to receive the inner ring side of the radial ball bearing.
Install a clearance adjusting washer between the rotary movable part (connecting rod) and the bearing to support the rotation of the connecting rod.
The bearing installed in the bearing seat is fixed by the way that the cantilever pin and shaft are fixed on both sides of the bearing inner ring with end caps.
The following is a structural example of fixing the bearing to the bearing pedestal assembly (T-type double bearing type or base mounted double bearing type) and the rotary shaft with the bearing locknut. To prevent the bearing nut from loosening, the jacking wire and stop screw kit made of copper alloy can be used. Install the copper alloy jack screw into the stop screw hole, and then fasten it with the stop screw until the bearing jack screw bites into the threaded part of the rotating shaft.
