Bearing lubrication
Lubricants are divided into lubricating oil Bearing and grease:
(1) Lubricating oil - the greater the viscosity, the greater the internal friction resistance. N10, N46 and n65 are commonly used.
(2) Grease - also known as butter and butter
Note: in mechanical system, low viscosity lubricating oil is used in high-speed light load environment and high viscosity lubricating oil is used in low-speed heavy load environment.
How to choose bearings correctly? When selecting the bearing, it should be based on several important parameters: bearing load, bearing speed, centering requirements, allowable space, bearing installation and disassembly, tolerance grade and price. Bearing mainly plays the role of supporting and reducing friction in machinery, so the accuracy and noise of bearing are directly related to the service life of machinery.
In general, the steps for selecting bearings may be summarized as follows:
1. Select the basic type, tolerance grade and clearance of the bearing according to the working conditions of the bearing, including load direction and type, speed, lubrication mode, coaxiality requirements, positioning or non positioning, installation and maintenance environment, ambient temperature, etc.
2. Determine the Bearing model through calculation according to the working conditions, stress conditions and service life requirements of the bearing, or select the bearing model according to the service requirements, and then check the service life.
