Assembly function of bearing parts

The basic function is deburring. In this way, it plays a very important role in the release of stress, the redistribution of internal structure, the prevention of cracks and the reduction of deformation during the heat treatment of materials. Some circular arc chamfering (or called circular arc transition) can also reduce stress concentration and strengthen the strength of shaft parts! 2. Burr removal: burr will be generated at the edge of the part during processing. The size of burr depends on the processing technology and material ductility. Burr will affect the assembly of the part to a certain extent. Therefore, the edges of parts will be chamfered to remove burrs. It is not only the bearing that needs to be chamfered, but also many parts and things used in real life. Generally, the outer chamfer of the outer ring and the inner chamfer of the inner ring of the bearing are rounded corners. In addition to effectively avoiding bearing contact stress, the most important thing is to facilitate installation. Fillet can ensure good transitional loading.
