The large chamfer of bearing has nothing to do with deburring, which is mainly the assembly function. In fact, it is not only the bearing, so the parts to be assembled need to adopt this Law: the inner circle is Bearing rounded off, the large circle is rounded off, the small inner chamfer usually adopts fillet, and the outer chamfer adopts chamfer, that is, straight chamfer. Generally, the chamfer is larger than the fillet because the chamfer and the right angle should be matched. Only when the fillet is small enough can space be made at the matching place, otherwise it is easy to interfere.
